I had the tow link recall completed on my Ford Explorer on April 10. Then, on June 23, I had an oil change and a multi-point inspection performed. According to the inspection, my tires were checked, but that clearly wasn’t the case. My rear tires were severely worn on the inside, something that should have been caught during an inspection. On July 6, I ended up with a flat tire. When I called to ask if my tires had actually been inspected, I was told they should have been, but that the technician apparently didn’t check them. I returned on July 10 to find out why my rear tires had worn so quickly after the recall. I was told an alignment had been performed when the recall was completed, but there was no documentation of an alignment or its results anywhere in my paperwork. When I asked to see the alignment results, a staff member came back with a paper that had information handwritten in pen instead of being printed like the rest of my service records. I simply asked why it was handwritten, and instead of receiving an explanation, I was accused of implying that she had written it in herself. At no point did anyone provide a clear answer as to why my rear tires wore out so quickly after the recall or help me understand what happened. The lack of documentation, the inconsistent information, and the way my concerns were handled left me with more questions than answers. Because of this experience, I will no longer be doing business with Metter Ford. I expected transparency and accountability, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive either.

Everyone i talked to and worked with at the dealership were very helpful and when i arrived at dealership they had my truck and paperwork ready. was there less than an hour, even though they had to swap my roll top to my new truck. My brother also ordered a truck from them without any hiccups.
