Did not realize the van I purchased is considered a commercial van in the eyes of the Insurance companies. State Farm said it would be over $400 a month to insure. Manager said she had a friend at Farm that would do it for $300 ($272) and that it was not commercial. I asked then why it was so high. I was paying $125 for my 2023 F150 XLT 4x4. I called Far, nope, it's commercial.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was able to get car in for service quickly.
Grant took the time to help me over the phone, so when I stopped in I had a good idea of what to expect. We worked out the numbers and got all the papers signed quickly. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Fast, Friendly and Professional. They let me use a vehicle to go eat breakfast, when i got back maybe 30-40 minutes later they were done and had me ready to go.

Best dealership i’ve ever done business with. Joseph Brinkley was my salesman and was a real professional. I was driving from an hour away and when I showed up, he had window stickers printed and keys ready for me. Was honest with me every step of the way through and was patient with all my requests. This dealership has no addendums or added fees which really makes it stand out from the rest. Rob in finance was also great! Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I love my 5.0 f-150 lariat!!
First good car dealership experience I have had! I would have given it 5 stars, but my only complaint was the fuel light was on & they wouldn’t put any gas in it. (They did change my oil the next day.) But Matt was very nice & the process was smooth!

This being my first visit to the service department, I wasn’t sure of what to expect, where to go, and what Metter Ford’s procedure was. Everything worked out very well. The absolute only concern was how long it took to perform the service. This was because I had a fairly early appointment to get to. It all worked out well, and I made it to the obligation on time. I was told it would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, but it took almost 3 hours!
The staff is always so friendly, always willing to help with any problems you have. Quick to jump on it and take care of it for you I truly enjoy dealing with Metter FORD Best dealership in the state
Sam Lanier sold us our last four vehicles that we have now including the best looking 1965 Mustang, a year 2020 Escape, a year 2023 F-150 that is the perfect vehicle with four-wheel drive, and Martha's Bronco. We always depend on Metter Ford.

The molding that is coming off was not addressed. The service rep couldn't find the car in the system even though I had just brought it in for brakes two weeks ago. General unprofessional behavior.

I took my 2021 F-150 in for an oil. After I got home I noticed the truck was leaking oil. I called and spoke to the Service Dept and they sent someone to pick up the truck. They later called and said the leak was not their problem. They said my oil pan was dented and I had run over something. (I did not run over anything ) They then informed me that they could fix the leak for $1000. I said no and they returned the truck. I then took it to another mechanic and a body man. My daughter was home from college for less than 24 hours and needed to have her car serviced. Alex in the Service Department got her car in, took care of the service, and even noticed that her wiper blades needed to be replaced. As a parent, I appreciate the staff at Metter Ford helping to keep my daughter safe when she’s on the road.

I paid for something that wasn't fixed. The fix was cleaning the rubber seal and reinstalling it. I still have air passing through the door seal. I asked for it to be replaced as part of my extended warranty.

Zero communication. My car was picked up around 11 for oil change & detail. No one called to let me know my vehicle wasn’t being returned that day. I had to call to inquire where my veh was. I was told it would be delivered the next morning. At 11 I called back because I still did not have my vehicle. A rude individual couldn’t give me an answer except we are backed up. My car wasn’t delivered until 2, still with zero communication.

I have bought and driven Ford for a long time. Love the vehicles. Metter Ford service department, however, is very disappointing. We always make appointments for our oil changes which I assume would mean that they are staffed for the business, but EVERY time, it is a minimum of a two to three hour turn around. And, Lord forbid you want to get pricing and installation of, say, a trailer hitch. We had to practically beg them to get us a price.

Don't know about the sales side of this dealership, but the service side is atrocious. I've never been so disgusted with a business in my life. I took my mom's Ford Explorer in for a check engine light. Two visits and $5000.00 later, we have the same problem that we had in April 2025. Service manager suggested spending another $4000.00.
